VENDOR INFORMATION

Vendor Registration Fee: $40.00

Your vendor registration includes:

  • One (1) vendor space
  • One (1) 8-foot table provided by EBCC Palmyra
  • Opportunity to showcase your business to hundreds of community members
  • Listing on the event website (optional)

Event Details

  • Event Date: Saturday, July 18, 2026
  • Location: Palmyra Borough Community Center
  • Vendor Set-Up: 2:30 PM – 1:15 PM
  • Event Hours: 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM
  • Breakdown: Immediately following the conclusion of the event
PAY $40 VENDOR REGISTRATION FEE
To ensure a successful event and support our official fundraiser:
 
  • One (1) 8-foot table will be provided for each registered vendor.
  • Vendors are encouraged to bring their own tablecloths, chairs, signage, and display materials.
  • Food vendors selling meals or prepared food items will not be accepted.
  • Dessert vendors are welcome to participate.
  • Vendors are responsible for complying with all applicable state and local regulations regarding the sale of their products.
  • Spaces will be assigned by the event committee.
  • Vendor registration fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizers.
  • EBCC Palmyra reserves the right to approve all vendor applications to ensure they align with the family-friendly nature of the event and to avoid conflicts with official event fundraising activities.
Our official food fundraiser will feature:
 
– BBQ Ribs
– BBQ Chicken
– Crabs & Corn
– Water Ice
 
By limiting meal vendors, we help maximize the success of the church’s fundraiser while still providing an opportunity for dessert vendors and other local businesses to participate
